Novel finished and dipping my toe into a strange new world, I was very fortunate to find PublishNation online and was impressed by the wealth of detail on their site. From the very first email, Gwen displayed a professional, informative, and helpful attitude but also a personal touch and enthusiasm for the process that was so very much appreciated.
Being a novelist who seems to do everything the hard way, Gwen was available throughout, responding to my many queries promptly and dealing with any problems that came up with aplomb. In short, Gwen went above and beyond my expectations. When we found ourselves at the end of the process, with my labour of love finally out there, I can honestly say I was absolutely thrilled with the service from PublishNation and will not hesitate to recommend them and will most certainly be using them again when the next novel is ready.
To conclude, all I can add is a very big thank you.
