For many years I had various cartoon pictures saved in a folder, done by my son when he was a young teenager, and I thought that they were too good not to see the light of day.
With that in mind they inspired me to add to them, and finally build round them a series of fantasy stories starring an animated parsnip, that would appeal to my young grandchildren, roughly in the 5 and upwards age range.
As I was totally new to the world of publishing I had to learn as I went along, and in that respect I found that Gwen’s help was invaluable. She was very patient, supportive, and receptive to my various demanding tweeks to the text and the images, and as mentioned by other reviewers, it’s certainly true that the whole process can be very quick.
The whole look of the book is very professional, and I was delighted when I received the proof, which was very helpful in enabling me to make one final correction before publication of the finished product. I will certainly use PublishNation for my next book.
